At Melow, every product is exclusively designed by our in-house team. Each design tells a unique story — created with intention, creativity, and individuality that reflects our brand’s vision.

No. All our items are printed on demand. That means your order is made especially for you after purchase, helping reduce waste and ensuring exclusivity.

All designs are created by Melow’s own designers. Each piece is thoughtfully developed to align with our concept-driven, story-based approach to fashion.

Since our products are made to order, we only accept returns for faulty or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 28 days for a refund or replacement.

If your item has a print or manufacturing fault within 28 days of delivery, we offer a full refund or replacement.

  • Between 28 days and 12 months: replacements only.
  • A photo of the fault and your order number are required for review.
  • Minor variations (up to 2.5cm in print placement) are within tolerance and not considered faults.
  • Garments may require print size adjustments (up to 15%) to fit — this is not a defect.

Since our products are made to order, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, it may already be in production.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days. After dispatch:

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked aims to deliver within 1–3 working days
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked aims to deliver within 2–5 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays.
