Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription services provided by FreelanceUKHub, registered and operating in the United Kingdom.

1. Minimum Contract Terms

Starter Plan: 1-year minimum contract
Growth Plan: 6-month minimum contract

By subscribing, you agree to the applicable minimum contract period. You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum contract period.

2. Cancellation After Minimum Term

After the minimum contract period:

• You may cancel at any time by raising a support ticket through the My Account dashboard.
• The subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds are issued for partial months.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases where the service was not delivered as described or in breach of UK consumer law.

4. Auto-Renewal

After the initial term, subscriptions automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in advance.

5. Final Deliverables Upon Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:

• You will receive all completed work up to the cancellation date.
• Any work in progress will be paused or cancelled unless otherwise agreed.
